## Security model

A robot or controller may request an action, but it cannot grant itself authority, bypass required evidence, or access an unrestricted master key. The planned authority path binds hardware attestation, fleet identity, scoped policy, transaction simulation, Cryptographic Shadow Admission, ACSM evidence, a short-lived one-time permit, hardware-isolated signing, and auditable receipts.
